Pre-Teams Ages: 5 and up

Pre-Teams are the next steps toward the competitive travel team. These invitation-only teams practice two days per week.  They begin learning the Level 2 skills, incorporating them into a modified USA Gymnastics Level 1 routine. These levels have an increased demand for strength acquisition. They compete in 3-4 low pressure in-house meets per year. A team leotard purchase is required.

We believe that competitive level gymnastics teaches more than just flips.  Our athletes learn the

importance of teamwork, responsibility, and accountability.  The sport builds confidence and

physical/mental strength that will equip them for success in all aspects of their life.
