BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Birthday Parties are available for ages 4 and over. Party-goers will have the gym for bouncing, jumping, climbing and organized games. Coaches set up and direct the activities with emphasis on fun and safety. There is a party room with tables and chairs for the cake and birthday celebration. See below for a detailed description of parties and options.

Rules & Regulations
All guests participating in a birthday party at Agility (entering the gymnasium) must return a Birthday Party Release Form signed by the parent of the participating child. Participation on gymnastics equipment is limited to the areas with Agility staff. Any guest at Agility may be asked to leave the gym if uncooperative with Agility staff. No adults will be allowed on the equipment. However children 4 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the facility.

How to sign up:
Call or stop by the office at Agility Gymnastics and complete the birthday registration form and secure the party date of your choice with full payment due at time of booking. If cancellation of a party is necessary, the following policy will apply:
*Cancellations made 30+ days prior to the date of the scheduled party will receive a full refund, less a $75 retainer fee
*Cancellations made 14-30 days prior to the date of the scheduled party will be issued a 50% refund
*Cancellations made with less than 14 days' notice will not be issued a refund
