Our Advance Plus class is unique to Agility Gymnastics as we are the only facility that offers this opportunity for gymnasts in the surrounding area. This class is for “team-ready” gymnasts who do not wish to join a team. Students in this class can continue to grow in the sport at their own pace learning skills equivalent to competitive gymnastics. All four events are taught as well as conditioning and flexibility.
Our boys beginner program offers a time for your boys to jump, flip, tumble and run. These highly energetic classes are designed for students to learn basic gymnastics skills, trampoline skills, and use of our foam pits. This is a great class for any aspiring athlete. Gymnastics is a great foundation for strength, flexibility, and stamina.
This class allows those male students who have mastered the basics to advance to a higher level of gymnastics. Our advanced students will have the opportunity to transfer into our Boys Pre-Team upon recommendation of the instructor.
This class is geared to help your child learn backward and forward rolls, cartwheels, back-bend kickovers and round-offs. Circuits are set on the floor to keep your tumbler moving at all times. Time will also be spent on training mats, trampoline and of course the “pit”.
This tumbling class is similar to the floor skills of gymnastics, and is a high energy performing art that focuses on strength, stretch, and balance. This class fits well with girls that have or have had dance backgrounds.
