About Agility
Agility is the ability to change the body's position, efficiently, and requires the integration of isolated movement skills using a combination of balance, coordination, speed, reflexes, strength, endurance and stamina. Agility Gymnastics and Fitness Academy offers a variety of programs for Girls and Boys, 18 months and older.
Time requirements range from 30 minutes per week to 20 hours per week based on Level of skills. Current programs include pre-school, school age, tumbling, pre-teams and competitive teams. Private lessons are available by appointment. In the future AGA plans to offer basic agility classes geared toward specific sports like baseball, soccer, etc. as well as services for special needs children.
At Agility Gymnastics Academy our vision is to develop children into strong, healthy individuals and establish important values such as self-discipline and high self-esteem for life. Gymnastics is one of the few sports that rewards personal effort and at the same time teaches how to contribute to the team and bring home the prize. Agility Gymnastics Academy is owned and operated by dedicated professionals. We currently have Pre-school gymnastics through upper level girls and boys competitive teams (Level 2 through 10). Teams compete at local and regional meets. We rely on a supportive parent booster club to help manage the cost of competitions. Michelle Grewe is the owner and coach . She has been involved in gymnastics for over 30 years. We have a great staff of highly trained and qualified USAG certified coaches with years of experience.
